I'm sure all of you have noticed by now some of the changes to the forum that Rich, Alley and I are making and we hope everyone is liking and enjoying them.
Some are as follows:
Added menu buttons to the bottom Quick Reply posting page
Added page buttons to the bottom of a lot of posting pages to match the top ones.
Added a Smiley dropdown in the QR and more on the Regular Reply post page and will be adding more (send me your favorites)
I just added what is called "Personal Smilies" that when you put them in will come up on both smiley drop downs. You can add 25 of your own choice smilies to the personal smiley menu. To put your personal smilies in go to your Profile and click on "edit profile" then click on "Settings" scroll down to the bottom and you'll see the menu where you can put the smiley links in 5 at a time up to a maximum of 25 smilies. Be sure to "Save Changes" when done. There are lots of smiley sites out there that one can get a direct link to use or you can copy and paste them to your favorite image host and link them from there. A direct link is like this:

A word of caution smilies are supposed to be fun and if people want to use these in a way that is not constructive or offensive then it just takes seconds to remove the feature so be polite please.
If anyone has trouble with these let one of us know and we'll help ya out.
We're going to add some more goodies to the forum a little along and we hope you will let us know what or how we can improve also.

Updated Changes: Just added navigation menu buttons, such as Birthdays, recent posts top posters, etc. Also if you look to the left you'll see what on V5 is called your personal mini profile. I totally restructured it to include a PM button, when clicked on any member you see will go straight to the PM message location where you can PM that member. Also noteworthy if you have not caught this on the new software PM's are now like threads, you start one and it's just like replying on a thread here but there is some differences, one if you send a pm you cannot come back and edit it for mistakes or errors, you cannot delete the message once it's sent. You can delete the PM thread but the person you sent it to if you hit send message will still get the message even if you come back and delete the thread later. You can also send a PM to more than one person at a time. Also included is a Member Thread button, when clicked will bring up a list of threads that member has participated in. You also have a Likes listing which totals the number of likes members give you, (do not like Rich it goes to his head!  ) Lastly I know this was asked about once and it was a online and offline heading, it is now there with online blinking and offline pulsating, yes there is a difference! As everyone has noticed have an new News Header now and it's easier to read. Just added a little trick to your avatar to the left in the mini profile. A clear picture will make this a lot better if you put your own image in. Just place your cursor/pointer over your avatar image and watch what happens.

Latest add in all signature images are reduced by added plugin to the forum, will be only 125px in height no matter what you put in as a size unless they are under 125px.
