The intake manifold on my scooter. When I bolted the engine back on and put the gaskets back on, is it okay to forget one paper gasket that was for the top? I put the paper one on the bottom and then the plastic one in the middle and think I just bolted it on so only one paper one was there.

As long as the O ring is on the manifold it won't hurt a thing. I always thought the papers were a PITA. I've ran with the manifold right down on the head ...lost the O ring...and cut out a permatex gasket. True. I've used hair gel to replace the paper gaskets....now I'm full of it. Rich
