I'm new here. Became a member to try to figure out what I should do. I place a order for parts I need and then started reviewing the company and noticed a lot of bad reviews but nothing recent . should I still be worried?

I wouldn't get too worried unless it starts hitting 10 to 14 days. In the future most of the tiles at the top sell parts. They support the site and I know them. They wouldn't be on this site if they weren't good guys. If the order doesn't come through cancel the payment. I don't know those guys (SPP) so I really don't know what to say. Rich

Disconnected number is a bad sign , no response to email is not good . Did you pay via PayPal ? If so email that email address . What was it you ordered big $ ?

it wasnt a big order just a important piece that I havent seen available elsewhere but then again I dont think I looked very hard . it was paid through credit card 103.00

I had an experience with scooterpartsplace.com about a year ago. Ordered some items and never got any acknowledgement via email nor delivery of the order. After 10 days i emailed them, saying i hadn't received the order and asking did i need to order elsewhere. Shortly thereafter, i got an email that my order was cancelled without any apology or reason given.

They did me a favor. After that, I found partsforscooters.com, got my parts from them quickly and continue to patronize them for their excellent prices & service.

thanks for the response. my credit card says the ammount is on hold and would auto release after 10 days so ill see if it goes through . I already ordered the part via ebay as it is a unique part that I dont seem to find anywhere . However i WILL USE the vendors listed above in the future . thanks for all the replies <3 u
