On the cool mornings around 50 or so my scoot is a tad flat at WOT for a few minutes. I assume its because the enricher no longer richens the mix. Once it warms up it runs great.
My question is can i assume the jetting is correct if it is a bit lean at first when cold? If it wasnt then it would be too rich then once it warmed up and the temps got up as well right?

No, when you first start off in the morning you are running a little on the rich side because the ENRICHER is feeding it extra fuel. The enricher shuts off the extra fuel around 5 minutes after it the motor starts. Alleyoop

So you did get rid of the enricher TW? I'm sorry, if you did I missed that. Do you have a link to that? Rich

Oh, you took off the enricher, then if it is running flat richen it up a little with the Fuel Ratio Mixture. Alleyoop

Ah...he did! Well, because the molecules are closer together in cooler air the mixture of gas/oxygen is tilted towards the oxygen side = lean = runs like crap. As the bike warms the intake air does as well. The mix ratio moves toward more gas as the air molecules get farther apart and there's less oxygen = richer = runs better. I don't think that little bit of running lean hurts a thing but if was all the time it would. Rich
