Little more explanation but if the road has a crown and one of your rear wheels is riding off the crown of course it will be leaning to that low side nothing you can do about that. It does not have independent suspension it has a straight axle. If your riding on level ground and the front is tilted then it is your front right shock that is weak. Alleyoop NO crap JIM Alleyoop

Dropped it off at the local shop to have the swingarm fixed and a good once-over by a trained eye.

Update. Spent too much of the month with bronchitis. The shop tells me it's the bushing @ the frame where the front of the swing arm mounts. He said it is a pressed-in part and is not serviceable.
I know about bushings and if there is a will, there is a way. I just have to see what it will take to cut/burn it out and what is available for replacement.

What a load of crap. Yea, gonna take a little work to strip it down, remove the bad bushing, and replace (both sides) with a quality one.

Is it a metal bushing? Or rubber? If it's rubber have one cut from urethane a tad more road felt thru them but I don't even know how many time tougher and longer lived they are than rubber bushings ,,,

Actually those are supposed to have a locking system to hold them up straight when you park it. And yes that is what a lot complain about on those that whatever it pivots on either gets weak and leans. Alleyoop
