That's the exzact same steps I've been using. Must be something else. I've literally adjusted the valves 3 times within a week because it wouldn't start. I did it last night and it wouldn't start, then I went out this morning to try and start it and it started up, rode it for a bit. Try to start it an hour later and it wouldn't start. Still won't

Ok then it has to be something else, Check your plug when it won't start after cranking it a few times and it does not fire. If the PLUG is wet the spark plug is not firing. If the PLUG is dry and it did not fire then it is a fuel delivery problem. Get back on this quick test Alleyoop

Spark plug is not wet. But I took fuel line off and gas came out when I cranked it. I don't know what the issue is. This thing is temperamental. It was running so well the other day. Also I only use kick start because I have no battery at the moment. Don't think that matters though

Ok Dry AND IF it DID NOT FIRE ONCE then it is not getting fuel sucked in. Do you have a ENRICHER on the carb. If so take it OFF the CARB do not unplug it and look at it and see if it is RETRACTED OR EXTENDED. IF EXTENDED it is bad it has to be RETRACTED WHEN COLD. Then lay it on it side and COVER the hole with your thumb and hold your thumb on it and try to start it and see if it then starts. Here is how the ENRICHER SHOULD LOOK like when the motor is cold RETRACTED: Here is how the ENRICHER SHOULD LOOK like when the motor has been running for at least 3-4 minutes.

Ok turn the fuel ratio mixture screw clockwise until it stops do not force it, then turn it out 2 1/2 turns that will give it plenty of fuel to start and may even run good.
Now if after you do this it just cranks and does not FIRE AT LEAST once then again take your plug out and see if it is wet or dry. And you do have the AIR FILTER ON RIGHT? Alleyoop

Haha wow think it's time for a new spark plug boot. It kept falling off. The little metal thing the spark plug clips into came out attached to plug. That's the issue
