So I stuffed a 47mm bbk in today. I'm NOT impressed. It actually is going slower. I also installed a Keihin 19mm with a 85jet. The only thing I can think of is the ported and polished head I bought was jacked or sumtin.    thought i had pics of the ports but they where almost twice the size of the stock head. Anyone got any experience or knowledgeable suggestions. It's literally going 10mph slower. In so bummed and P.O.'d |

So then what's the point of pumping oil out of the PCV to the intake? To me that seems like it would cause problems having oil and hot air running through the carb.

Left my apartment at 0745, temperature 29°F. Rode to Wally-World which is 2.3ml one way. Rode good but I did notice the rear tire slid twice when going around corners. Not sure if I hit black ice or just crappy Chinese tires.

I removed the PAAR system from my 2014 Taotao ATM50-A. My question is should I remove the PCV hose from my air box snorkel and attach it to a breather filter of sorts or leave it attached to the air box? Why or why not and how does it affect the carb and general overall engine?

I don't believe it to be a custom one off. All the new icebears have them. This photo was taken the other day at a dealership in the states. I've even looked at icebear maddog's Web site and all their pics show this piece but no info on what it is exactly.

I bought one if the lil HF 90ampere welders with a coupon for $87. I'm a iron worker by trade and have been metal fabricating for over 20yrs. I would've never even thought of one till I desperately needed a welder. I have to admit I'm impressed. It actually is 120amp welder which us good for up to 3/16 plate in a single pass. Thicker material more prep & more passes. It says it'll run .035, but barely. Stick with the .030 E-71T and it does a pretty damn good job for 87 bucks. I'd also recommend going to your local welding supply store to get your wire, preferably an American made wire. Its actually less expensive than HF's wire which spent 3 months at sea and who knows how many yrs in a warehouse. I've had mine less than a month & I've already ran close to 10lbs through it. I got my 87 dollars out of it so I'm happy. Check out Project-X : Cannonball 113 in customs.

Howdy, my name is Clank. I just joined your forum but an a veteran with another forum 49ccscoot.com. I saw a cool air intake on a icebear maddog, & somehow my surfing brought me here. I've looked over your forum for it but no luck. Does anyone know who makes that intake or where to find one similar to it?  |
