I had this problem for the past month. Bogged down hard under acceleration, cut out whilst idling. I couldn't get the carburetor screws off (Damn things stripped from Phillips heads to circles) so I changed the oil and put fuel injector/carburetor cleaner, then the scooter wouldn't start! Then I decided to change the spark plug, and HOORAY! It a huge part to the problem. CHECK YOUR SPARK PLUG AND CLEAN OUT THAT CARB!
