kz if you think 80mph is to much for a Honda Silver Wing you more than prove your lack of knowledge of any machine... I will take you up any time on trying to ride all day a 70 mph on my Reflex and you on your 250 chino you think is better...LOL what a joke....

LOL... kz I have never broke down... I can go ride it now but the rollers are making more noise than I want and the machine is a2004. As for the clutch case bearing I am guessing as some others have had them fail and make a noise. Since the case has to come off I will replace belt, rollers, and bearing if need. I know one thing for sure... I have not yet seen a chino scoot I would or could run a trip like that at them speeds.

LOL... Well it now has over 9.000 miles on it and it is a 2004 so it is time for belt and rollers. The side cover was never removed since new so that bearing must not had been greased properly in the first place. Is no big deal, I really pushed her hard the last day riding here. I mean a 10 year old belt and the rollers, 100 out side all day and at speeds up to 82 mph all day for a total of 526 miles... Heyy... I am good with it all.

Looks like that frame pallet held up good when it was shipped. Did you have any damage on the trike at all?

OK...was out today did a little cutting on the tractor than off on the Yamaha ATV 400cc. I like the Honda 250 ATV much better than this but.... Yes it is hotter than Florida here during the day and I am taking it easy as I got sooo hot riding here. The Wing is not that great on the County roads here, they are dirt and gravel and all and all to get to the bridge to cross Kerr Lake is about 4 miles. When I go to town I will stop and wash her each time.
Luke will like this... I am having a Yamaha Mech. replacing the cluch bearing on the side case and new belt and rollers installed. He works on my son's ATVs and tractor on the side too and is a lot cheaper on the labor. I could do it if I were home, I have all the tools needed but here is to hot and have better things to do with the time.
Wow... I is this my 1,000 posting??? Most of them I have made were digging at Luke Trailer Rider... As you all know, that Turkey Buzzard has not changed....

LOL... I will say I passed a lot of Harleys that were on trailers, talk about some nice show bikes. Din not run into a lot of bike on the road once I left Florida, But than a lot of forks do not run much in the heat. Me, I ride all the time but do try to avoid the rain. I have some quite time so am going to see if I can get a app and down load some pictures. Really not a picture taker...

Thanks Alley!!! Well it was 526 Monday and yes was a good trip and I can say the Silver Wing and Voyager is a perfect match. I expected Monkey Butt and back aches and arms hurting but none... I did have a close call with a deer on US 84 at around 12:40 and decided it was time to try the Interstates... I have never in my life taken a bike or a scoot on the Freeway before...Well, Hello 80 miles an hour... No deer as there ware others on the road as I some times did not see another car on the other route for 20 minutes or more. I am tired I will say that and I have a cold, in all that heat and I get a cold... Off to send Al a couple pictures off the front porch...what a sight!!
Yes I have a iphone but I am not one to even think of picture in all that heat... Now to figure out how to send them to Al... Old Magoo is not a phone man..

OK...Clean oil, filters, new plugs a 2 coats fresh Wax and setting in the garage loaded. All I have to do in the morning is tie one case were passenger would set and check the oil and kick the tires as every things has ready. Target is Dothan, AL for a good night sleep after checking the Trike out. This will be my first long trip in almost 35 years and a real test for my Honda Silver Wing with Voyager kit. I will try to get some pictures on the way with my iphone and send them to Alley to post.

Well, have no idea what your riding, you did not say... If you have all that going on you better wait and not run it till the dealer gets back to you as you will make it worse.
