Ironworks you can order just the gears, cost I do not know as my dealer sent me a new gear box and later a set of new harder gears. I have not even open the box of gears yet as I have no problems as I lock the reverse out when I replaced thegear box. I looked in side the old gear box and it looket to have damage on the shifter gear and on the forward gear. The bearings are good. When I get to feeling better I will crack the gearr box and rebuild. Pull the axle first than remove one of the hubs on the gear box and than the bolts on the gear box leaving one hub on the frame, work good for me. Than your on your own. I wil say this when you are done lock it into forward and do not use the reverse. This happens as she will jump in and out of forward and reverse if any adjustment in not just right.

Last week I went to the Honda Dealer with my Reflex and the charge for replacing the tires labor alone is $70 front and rear and plus price of tires. I am not able to do so off she goes to the dealer for new tires and balance and break pads. Took a Silver Wing for a spin and they are nice and strong, but, I just love my light 250 Reflex that gives me over 62 mpg at 70 mph on long trips and gives me more froward leg stretch.

My nose? You Juiced up Rabbit, has nothing to do with it... If you look into the pictures I sent you a year or so ago you have them already. In all the time I have had my Magnum, after I went thru the whole trike, the only issues I have with it to this day around 4,000 miles on it is the rear gear box and the rear deck... If it were just a 2 wheel scooter there would be no issues. I remember getting one the phone with Jim and you both and when I first got this trike from Checkers and you guys really helped me out... And Ice Bear stood 100% pluss, and the dealer also on the parts I needed. Mine is going on 2 years now and I would invest in a rear change out if not to much. You know my deck is really wacked out but... Once I get this rear changed out and can simmer down having to adjust the rear all the time I will glass it over and have the whole trike painted Honda Yellow and ride the piss out of it again.
By the way... A big thanks to all on this fourm that have helped me with the Silver Bullet, it is still a blast to ride...

I do not want the same gear box I have AL... That straight axle unit will not bolt up to my frame plates. When I look at Tierods again gonna see if that unit will bolt to my frame plates. That is a good looking unit and maybe IB would give us a price break to upgrade?? Never know until you look into it, if not too much just may go for it.

Jim, I could use that information if you can get it. I have a new set of gears to put in the old rear on my Magnum. Not haveing gear problems as I do not use the reverse it is locked out. I want to get this other redone just in case... I am also wondering if the new stright axle system will bolt up to my system.
