Ok i did a load test passed i put a bigger battery in it which was also brand new and charged all night.I put a new starter on it.I checked to see if there was any draw on the battery with the key off it read 0.01 witch is good.Im stumped. Thanks again for helping me.I ordered a new stator and voltage regulater.I get them for a little over cost so what the hell.I just want to be able to use the electric start and not worry about breaking the kickstarter half shaft for the third time

So thats normal for the yellow wire to drop voltage when revved up?This battery is brand new it is a gel battery i put it on a trickle charger.I will check it tomorrow.Do u think the regulater could be bad?

thanks alleyoop.I was checking some voltaes on the scooter and at the battery it is only at about 12.7 revved up so i checked the wires out of the motor the white one at idle put out 14.5 at idle and would go up past 17 volts and the yellow wire read 11.4 at idle revved up it dropped to10 volts. What do u think?

The scooter runs great and idles perfect. It starts fine with the kicker. It just doesnt like to turn over to well with the electric start. But like i said with the switch on the handle bar off it crank over like it should.I adjusted the vales this morning they are good
