It is labeled Talon, and it is 150cc with disk brakes front AND rear. It is not an ice bear.

I purchased this locally last week and it has disk brakes on both the front and rear. It's a 150cc and runs excellent. Purchased from Motorsports Playground New Bedford, Ma. 1900 DELIVERED.
