It was underneath the pair system on the underside bolt heads , now im kind of wondering if I might have added to much oil ,as when I replaced the head and had it all apart there was some oil under the scooter , and when I put it all together added about 6 oz & I dont think I lost hardly much at all , I saw on YouTube to check oil level all you do is place dipstick in hole? Or should I wipe it and thread it all the way in to check it? Thanks:)

I went for a ride today and need to ask if you ran your scooter hard is it possible to leak a little oil around the egr area? My scooter is two weeks old and I put in a new vairator & rollers , a racing clutch yellow 1500 spring perf coil , cdi and iridium plug , synthetic oil and gear oil , gps had me rolling at 64.9 mph , I wiped everything down went on a mellow ride and no more oil ? Thanks

I installed a new ngk iridium plug and the guy at the parts store said you do not gap them , as they are factory set and you will break the top of you do? Also im not running a crush washer as I didn't see it in the box? I ride tonight and it seems to sound like its kind of knocking , I went and bought a regular plug tonite basically just to put a crush washer on the iridium plug , would this be my knock problem or do I need to re adjust the valves after installing the new head a few days ago ? On a side note I have put the belt cover back on  Thanks |

I had my new scooter torn all apart as I had to replace the head , in the process I put in a new racing clutch with yellow 1500 springs all 4 and added a racing clutch bell as well and a new variator , I left off the cover as it looks dope , will this harm it? On a side note gps said went 58.7 mph

Had to replace the head not to hard and only 35.00 for the part |

Hi everyone , just bought a new 150cc quantum , I bought it Wednesday rode it home 4 miles and changed the motor oil to castrol syntec ,rode it for another 80 miles rode great , the next day I changed the engine oil and trans gear oil plus added prima magnetic drain plugs , also bought an Ngk iridium plug went to instal it , well the Chinese plug turned a few times and stopped? Didn't try any further in fear of damaging head si I re tightened it put cap back on and it won't start ? So I took cap back off put in the iridium plug (not in head cap only ) to check spark against scooter frame , it was a strong blue spark , did I damage plug? Also I noticed a vacuum line that was not attached to anything just a wide open line , perhaps it's this? Should I force the plug a little more ? I think it is seized or cross threaded , please help Thanks
