Yea i put a honda dio cdi in... But it kinda bogs at full thtottle... New plug new coil nd new carb

Repalced the cdi and now it runs

That looks like the wire thats grounded to the frame

The orange wire is 0 with the kill off i turn on the kill switch and the i see the voltge going up and jumping all around

When i put the multi meter to the orange wire.. And hit the kill swich. It jumps all over on dc voltage

So test the trigger wire with ac voltage? Or dc voltage?... Ima just do both and post the results

And i test that by using the blue/yellow that runs from the stator to cdi?  I was also told to test the cdi.. I i leave the stator wire and the ignition coil wire in the cdi and connect the positive of the batt charger To the cdi positive and and the negative To the cdi negative |

But can the stator be bad and still turn the dash light on and off while kicking it

Whats the diffrence to between the coil nd pick up coil... The stator could still be bad but also provide power at the same time?

It always ran with out a battery tho i had it started and running with out a battery

The coil and plug is brand new... And im not sure the trigger is
