Alley thanks again for helping. But just to be certain. gear number two should have a washer and the nub right? Also mine has a black spring aswell were the nub is. Is there supposed to be a spring there to? I got this scoot with the kickstart off just can't figure it out.

After looking online looks like I'm gona have to replace it mine doesn't have the washer with that nub sticking out its severed off

I noticed where my kick start gear the hole where it goes in seems to have a cotter pin hole I think it's called but my gear doesn't have one and the pics I see online of them don't eather? When I try to hook my gears up they pop out on me when I try to put the cover on could this be the reason?

Having a heck of a time trying to find the front nose cone for my scooter it's a deluxe 150cc from sagacanada now they have it listed on there site but I'm not getting any awnsers from them or the two dealers listed anyone know of any places online for body parts I can't seem to find this part thanks

If the variator works the way I think it does is it possible the rollers fell out and Is preventing my variator from opening? I'm gona mess with it tmr just wana get some ideas where to start. Also any idea what the torque spec for both nuts variator and the other one thanks. Kevin

So I had to put a new belt on the scoot but it is really frigging tight and I don't think it's on right. Now from what I understand the variator opens and closes right? I think mine mint be closed BC its so tight. After Watching a few youtube videos they seem to have quit a bit of play till they give it gas. Mine is tight. Is it possible my variator is stuck closed and thats why?

Where would I hook it up to tho? Any ideas? I'm horrible at this electrical stuff. Would it hook up to the black kill wire on the cdi? If so where would the other wire go to?
