So, i just bought a Taotao cy150a off craigs list and i totally feel ripped off. so much work. But it does run so happy about that. But guy had 2 6volts tapped together to be able to jump start it from his car because the jumpstart need to be reset or something. I got a new battery for it and now it will start right up and go. but when i give it gas. half way in the throttle it start kinda bogging down/spuddering. Guy said it needed a new spart plug so i put a new one in it. run better but didnt fix the problem. I have tried adjusting the carb but no luck. Also there is this black plastic cylinder piece that has air coming out and not sure if something is supposed to be connected to it. Can anyone tell by the pic? Really hope to get this going, my car died so this is my way of looking for work :/ One time i was ridding it and it opened up to full throttle for a moment but then came up to a redlight and went back to being boggy when i started ridding again. But the power is for sure there. Oh and i cant seem to find a fuel filter anywhere? Anyone please help?
