I've got a similar issue. All lights have been removed from my scooter
There are no brake switch connections either. It was that way when I got it.
Everything else is connected except the following wires

red wire that ran to old keyed ignition switch
black wire that ran to old keyed ignition switch
black/white that comes from the stator, and runs to cdi, and has a soldered black/white feed connected to nothing
I also have a red/yellow, and a green/yellow that are connected to solenoid, and are connected to nothing

I don't have $ for new wiring harness, and just want to wire it up to run with switches


So I think this is right
Wire a switch between black, and red for ignition on/off
Wire a switch between ground and blk/white wire for kill switch
Wire a switch between red/yellow, and green/yellow for start switch

Does this sound correct?
