Hi--Thanks. It is a 150. It did run, didn't get winterized and a friend couldn't get it running the next year. It has been sitting for about 3 years. I offered to help get it going but I'm learning quickly that these aren't like MC's. I'll give it another go next weekend. Keep up the tips, I'm going to try them all.

Thank you. I agree that it doesn't make sense. I think the switch is bad so I've got one ordered but the kickstart not working has me baffled. It only has one fuse and it is good. This is my first scooter that I've worked on, my background is more in motorcycles.
I'm open to more suggestions.

New battery, spark plug, clean carb, new solenoid, air filter, fresh gas. Button won't even make any noise and kickstart will crank but not turn. Where should I turn next? Thanks in advance.
