I kept looking for the geese I heard in the first video It does sound like some new bushings and grease are needed. Also, definitely get some front brakes and I hope you wear gear (protect that noggin & flesh) in case the unfortunate happens. Better carb, go with the Kei Hin. The "droopy backend"...maybe some new shocks are needed. Looks like you are also missing the kick start assembly. At this point, with the state of your scoot, you have to decide what's right for you...repair or replace. Yes the Chinese scooters have their quirks, but as with most things proper maintenance goes a long ways. Whether you repair or replace, consider a cover to protect it from the elements Parts for Scoots is good. I don't have first hand experience with Scrappy Dog, but do have a look at www.get2itparts.com since you mentioned buying all your scooter parts in one place.
