That switch keeps it from cranking, but doesnt kill the engine.

I cant shut down my scooter. it just runs and runs. It doesnt seem to have a mechinism on the kickstand so im left assuming that there should be one on the ignition switch. But turning off the key doesnt shut off the motor, so my question is how can i implement a kill switch on this thing?

My 250cc Chineese scooter has gas in the oil. this is just from sitting it hasnt been run in a few weeks. What could cause this? And by gas in the oil I mean that I opened the oil level checker and it gushed gas and oil at me. Id say about a gallon of a little less.

I recently bought a old roketa bali 250. Its a diamond in the rough for sure and i need some help to repair it. Firstly it doesnt idle, just dies. You have to hold the throttle to keep it running. Second the previous owners bypassed the factory cooling system and installed a switch for the fan. How can I change that back to factory? Should I? Thirdly, I'm used to a 150cc gy6 motor, and have never worked on a 250 before. Are there any tricks I should know about? common issues? How often should the oil be changed on these? Stuff like that. Thanks in advance!!
