My 250cc Chineese scooter has gas in the oil. this is just from sitting it hasnt been run in a few weeks. What could cause this? And by gas in the oil I mean that I opened the oil level checker and it gushed gas and oil at me. Id say about a gallon of a little less.

Somehow gas is flowing into your cylinder from the carb, that's the only way it can get in there. The float isn't stopping the flow of gas and the overflow is plugged. But that much fluid is puzzling. If there is that much gas, then it is syphoning into the intake from the tank. I'd rebuild or replace the carb.

A Sticky Float Needle. That can be easily cleaned. sure fix the problem. For her sitting for some extended periods you may want to install a inline Fuel Petcock to Shut the system off when not in use. Good Luck
