jomama, am I understanding that you sourced an 11 pole 6 wire stator? I'm not finding any on any site, seems my only option is a 5 wire 11 pole stator.
TIA for any info you can give me.

Forgive me for asking, but I see "r/r" referenced. What is r/r ?.......... Figgered it- remove/replace- ha!!! Now the problem. I have a 6 wire 11 pole stator, to replace it can I use a 5 wire 11 pole stator as I cannot find a 6 wire anywhere on the interwebs. The stock connector is a rectangle, 4 pin, with 4 wires used and all the replacements are the square 4 pin (typically green in color) with only 3 wires used. Can I eliminate one of the yellows coming into the harness as the new stator will be a wire short. Tearing my hair out trying to get spark.  |
