I'm getting 20-22 VAC off the stator at idle.

I've only got around 2.75-3.5 VDC going to the headlight assembly. I've got lights on the brake assembly, but no change when I hit the brake switch. Turn signals light and flash.
This may be unrelated, but I feel it should be mentioned: the ignition switch stopped working yesterday. I can start if I jump the starter solenoid. I believe this to be related to a problem with the rear brake kill switch, but didn't want to leave it out in case it's related.

HI. I just bought a used Ice Bear Viking trike with a broken digital speedometer and fuel gauge that is not connected and does not appear to be functional if it was connected. Does anyone have a digital replacement they could recommend? Will any digital speedo work maybe with some minor rewiring?
All I've found are the $150+ replacements and i can't imagine that with all the cheap replacement and upgrade parts out there that there are no other options.
