I have contacted Hover customer service but weeks later they still have not replied to the ticket I opened so I'm coming here for help. So I have a Hover 1 Blackhawk E-scooter. When the scooter is set to push to start, the moment i push the scooter the wheel turns without pressing the throttle. When i set it to no pushing required the moment i turn on the scooter the wheel spins again without the throttle. I assumed the throttle is the problem, when i took apart the throttle i noticed there are two magnets on it and a sensor. i cleaned out the sensor and the magnets and turned on the scooter is still runs without throttle. No matter what i did the problem persists. I hope someone has experience to help me figure out and repair the issue.
