Is there anyway to tell the difference in a 64mm or 69mm rocker arm assembly for a qmb139 have 3 rocker arm assemblys don't know how to tell one from the other head has 69mm valves in it I need to make sure I am using the right one for the head

I recently installed a 100cc overbore kit in scooter,new carb.,new cdi and new coil plug etc.it ran absolutely perfect for 10 miles brought it back leaned it over on side about halfway not all the way to change exhaust gasket.Started it up ran great for about 3 miles then would not take gas or accelerate.Mow will not start at all appears to be flooding out.
