I recently installed a 100cc overbore kit in scooter,new carb.,new cdi and new coil plug etc.it ran absolutely perfect for 10 miles brought it back leaned it over on side about halfway not all the way to change exhaust gasket.Started it up ran great for about 3 miles then would not take gas or accelerate.Mow will not start at all appears to be flooding out.

Might want to recheck the gasket and also make sure nothing got down into the header pipe

Check the fuel tank vent line. If it is pinched the scoot will not run long until it shuts down sits for awhile.

Also check the float in the carb . When you leaned the scoot , the float may have got hung up and now it will not cut the fuel off so it will constantly flood. Check the float valve also.
