Starting over again
Left brake lever held, key turned to on, start button pressed, engine goes through the motion but will not start. New NGK spark plug installed grounded against scooter frame showing blue spark gaped at 0.24. checked and cleaned carburetor bowl and jets/screws with guitar string replaced carb and still engine will not run. Check spark plug and it is dry as a bone. Starter works fine goes through the motion, battery is new, lights all work. Looking to the lower transmission noticed transmission gearbox drain plug missing near rear tire. (small one not the fill bolt). Anyone know what size this bolt is? Honda dealer is 75 miles away.
