I appreciate the input. The manual seems to suggest that multiple pieces will need to be removed in order to get any access to the carb. In order to remove the seat and trunk area, rear and side pieces need to be removed. I believe newer models (~2008 +) have easier access. Mine is a 2006 Linhai 260 Classic.
There are 2 solid pieces of plastic under the front of the seat and then one solid piece of plastic for the trunk. No smaller pieces or brackets in between.

So, would it be under or to the rear of the gas tank? Because the tank is under the seat toward the front...

Have spark. Looked in manual, there is no mention of a fuel filter. Probably will need to access the carb, but not sure if I have to remove the seat/trunk/both. Prefer to remove as little as possible. Other models seem to have a carb access under the seat, but not this one.

Scooter won't start. I have added gas, filled the oil and changed the spark plug.
The only difference was when gas was added, it seemed to take a little longer before it shut down.
Totally new to fixing the scooter and can't afford to take it to get it fixed.
HELP!!!!
