Scooter won't start. I have added gas, filled the oil and changed the spark plug.
The only difference was when gas was added, it seemed to take a little longer before it shut down.
Totally new to fixing the scooter and can't afford to take it to get it fixed.
HELP!!!!

I know you changed plug but did you check for spark? If spark is blue we need to go to fuel. Have you changed fuel filter? Have you checked vacuum lines for cracks? A cracked or missing or loose vacuum line will prevent starting.

Have spark. Looked in manual, there is no mention of a fuel filter. Probably will need to access the carb, but not sure if I have to remove the seat/trunk/both. Prefer to remove as little as possible. Other models seem to have a carb access under the seat, but not this one.

Gas filter is located under the scooter between the gas tank and the fuel pump. I get at mine by removing the middle bottom plastic on the oil filler side.
