Does any one on here have one of these? Is it a good scooter? Any problem with it? Does it have 13" tires like there wed sit sees? I have called them, and they say it does, but I don`t think it does. SuperiorPowerSports has them for $1699.90

I lost my left arm and need the foot brake for safety.
