One more quick thing. The tail light wont work. Checked the bulb and its good. when I push the brake, the brake light and running light work. Ideas there?

Im looking at the switch and theres the gray wire, which is getting juice. there's also an orange wire, and a light blue wire which aren't getting anything. Is that bad?

Ok so my headlights are fine. It was the bulbs! But the turn signals still wont flash and I know the bulbs are good. Any ideas?

i have a 50cc zhong neng scooter made by lance powersports or something like that. everything has been great with it until a few weeks ago and now i have no backlight on my dash, no turn signals (but it does show that they are on, on my dash), no headlight, and no rear running light. although when i push in the brakes, the brake light works. i have checked the ground all the way to the frame and it looks good. ive also checked the wires from the headlight and turn signals and they seem good as well. the lights, dash..etc wires all cluster together and clip into a clip and run under the bike and run to the rear lights. theres no power going through any of the wires except a black one that powers the lights to tell me that the signals and headlights are on. i need answers as to why theres no power going to the cluster of wires. and yes the battery is brand new and the fuse is good.
