i found a brand new carb on ebay for 35 bucks. Im wondering if i should just buy it the drain all the fuel and start from scratch. If that fails then get rid of the scooter or take my 800 dollar problem to the shop for a hefty fee. so frustrated

gas keeps coming out of my air filter conpartment so the only thing i can think of for the stalling is the carb is over flowing into the air filter i dont understand what can be clogged?

i just finished cleaning the carb. It runs in idle but when i go to ride it and give it gas it stalls. Is this lack of air?

Ok is the fuel filter the circular thing that the two hoses connect to? it says flow with a arrow on it. I will pull the carb after work.

It does eventually die after being in idle for like ten minutes. It begins to die when i give it gas unless i give it quick burst. I but SeaFoam in with the gas to help clean the carb and stuff to see if it does anything. More smoke comes out of my exhust since its in there so it seems to be burning stuff off. Is there a quicker easy way that you know of to fix this?

OK im making progress..I replaced the spark plug with a new one and gave it a kick and it started right up. I let it just sit idle for about ten minutes then started giving it gas..It was fine for about 15 mins. then it started to die down alittle bit and go back up then finally stalled. No when i start it up itll run then stall.
