Peace 50cc brand new No spark never started! Help!

I need some help with a question. I bought a 50cc peace and uncrated it. Gased it up. and connected battery. went to start it no good. call tech support said it takes a while to get them going when they are brand new. Continued to try to start it. drained battery. and now have a dead spot in my starter. bought trickle charger re charged it. bought new spark plug. NO spark.
question is this?
If it turns over it can't be the kill switch, ignition or battery. from there it goes to the CDI box? which I ordered a new one of. then to the coil, and to spark plug. DOes everyone think that the CDI box might be bad from the start. And are there other things I should be checking for? or ordering.
The company I bought it from. has done Nothing! so far it took me 2 weeks to get it and has still never run . I don't want to wait for 2 more weeks for a warranty part to be shipped. Please help with any info.
