I'm setting then further out, I think it was set at .006 for intake, & .005 for exhaust, compression test said 185, that was too high, probably why compression finally died

Ok, I have done the calculations, I was over cautious. They are correctly gaped. it dragged some so what do I know

the rings don't fit properly I am not machining it. it should have just fit. instead, just like everything else doesn't fit, it doesn't work right.

This is a piece of craps. I am done. I .am getting a name brand. I need to pieces to fit every time not kind of fit, not poor sort of. it's bull. I hate this piece of craps now. I didn't do any research to find what kind of piece of craps it was.

Ok The . the problem is that I am an idiot I have attached the poison to the engine already, then I was trying to put on the cylinder. I had no idea that it would be way simpler to do it without it attached. I will do that tomorrow

Dang it, I hate this site with my cell phone. Ok, I an fine with the rings, getting engine back together, I can't get the part that the cylinder travels in to seat over the rings, is there a trick.

I have new cylinder rings on piston, how do I get the engine back together the cylinder rings are not compressing enough.
