Ok, it is charging, just out of gas, but light is out, headlight, & it shutters at take off, I'm checking if anything is loose, under, inside steering.

Exactly lined up with T, exactly, I was off atleast 2 teeth on cam. Now the headlight is out again & it isn't charging again. It's on same circuit. Have to find it.

Sorry, the problem was me. I got lazy, & wouldn't take off the shroud that covers the thing that looks like an automotive fan for the blower. With it out of the way I saw just how far I was off with the timing.

Ok, finally, SUCCESS!!! It started, it runs, it lives. Weeeee, the problem was me. I didn't pull the shroud off so I could see the T mark properly. I did I saw the problem, it worked, I'm sorry I rated all this time.

Damn it that isn't helping, it isn't the gap, it isn't spark, it isn't anything but timing & tdc isn't right either. I put it at the t mark, take timing chain off, reset the tdc replace chain, put together doesn't start. There are no other steps, I'm getting poised what other process should I try? I mean seriously, it has been sitting for4 months, please help

Ok here is a DETAILED VIDEO on how to correctly time a GY6 motor. It is in spanish but you can see what he is doing and how he is setting the Flywheel on the "T" and the Piston is at its very top and then he installs the Cam with the CAME LOBES DOWN and puts on the cam and aligns the cam Sprocket holes with the top edge of the head. Also the Valve head is marked EX for exhaust which goes down and the Intake side goes up and it may not have a mark or an I for intake. Alleyoop It sort of helped, but mine is different enough that it isn't timing correctly still. I'm at the point that I just do complete 360 with regards to the repositioning of timing change one tooth at a time

Ok, I've tried that exact procedure, with the wrong results. The engine rotates forward out of the tdc position for the poison being at top of it's cycle, which means it is always off a bit, should I jam something in stator fan, do it doesn't move around while I set cam & chain?

It's still a timing issue, compression test 180 psi, good spark, , need to reset timing

I, I already did the chokes cleaner in air intake, didn't make a difference, so the engine isn't timed right. I will start I over
