nown the scooter doesn't wanna start even with a new battery. I have electricity but I'm wondering if the timing is still off . how do I find out?

I totally turned it sideways. Some fluids came out., water. Anyway, I opened it, put some water in, closed it back up, re-glued it, it's on charger. See if that helps. I doubt it. I want to just replace it. How do I tell type I need?

Ok, I strongly believe the timing is right, but I had battery turned on it's side, & the juice required to start is not enough, now what
Ok, it behaved differently a appeared to be attempting to start, until juice ran out quickly. Is battery repairable? Check fluids etc.

Ok, someone had idea to take out spark plug, put a straw in it, this will tell me the tdc & then match tdc on camshaft. Good idea?

It it ran before I changed head, changed head, won't run, it Won't even kind of run, I'll try to attach a video of it not running, trying to start, a picture of head

Getting head off, no problem, making sure timing chain is back on exactly like I found, hard. I think I messed that up. I need to check this. How do I re-time this engine gy6 150cc bashan eagle milano.
