Ok, tires properly inflated, I need to replace head still. Popping now all the time, even just driving in general. I'll take old head off, switch out valve lifters, etc, get all back together, & reset valves, put exhaust on properly, no more exhaust leaks, then hopefully all will be well.

I agree, I have had tires do exactly that. Sometimes they'll develop a little wart that wasn't there the day before and boom, you've got vibration problems. Spin both of them with a point of reference and look for humps and wobbles. Rich Well, it doesn't do it all the time. It does start in front, then travels backwards along the floor board. Oddest thing. Weird feeling. Bashan how hard is replacing head on bashan 2008

The strange vibration, it feels like it starts in from & travels backwards. What about that?

I've got a vibration @ 30 mph coming from scooters foot board. It get worse until 40mph, then it really gets noticable. At 45-50 mph it is terrible. I have no idea what it could be. Also the vibration is rythmic. It comes & goes to a rythme. Gets much strong the faster I go. I'm going recheck, oil level, gear oil level, tighten the muffler, etc
