Panels were removed. Did some wet standing between most coats.
Plan to paint something on the rear fairing just not sure what.

I used one can of this in Red  Then a 1 1/2 cans of this  I tried clear coat but it looked like s$$t About 5 coats some pieces more. |

I am in the best health I have been in the last 8 years. I am going to OrangeTheory Fitness 5 days a week. Each is 60 minutes long run by a trainer. Saw my cardiologist 1 month ago he said I was in great shape. Heart Echo was boring according to him cause everything looked great. I have lost just 10 lbs and 2 inches off my waist but I feel great
Best part of the 5 days a week fitness sessions are the great looking women there. Each session the ratio is 20% men. ;D

I haven't had the magnum out since I cleaned the tank. I just got done spray painting some of the panels red. I am in the process of getting it back together I'll post pictures when it done. I am currently looking for a PT job. We ended up with 2 cars it was tough having just one. When we turned our leased Rav4 in the wife got a new 2012 Toyota Matrix 2 months later I got a 2009 Toyota Matrix. I may end up selling the Magnum money is getting tight and wife wants to go to Calf at Xmas to visit the son. Nephew is getting married in CT in Oct. Cost to travel and kennel 2 60 lb dogs twice is high. mine   Hers   |

Took carb off cleaned it all out reassembled started up after gas got to the carb. Twisted the throttle and it revved. Let it run for a few minutes and I noticed anti freeze on the ground. Looked around and finally found the lower clamp on the radiator was loose. Took forever to get it on an angle so I could tighten it. Now I need to fix front faring I cracked when I rolled the trike off my ramps. Always something.

I drained the tank cleaned it out with CLP put new hoses on. It started after a few tries but I twist the throttle it dies, hit the starter right after it dies and it starts with just a touch.
I did not drop the bowl but I did drain it out. It will idle until I kill it. I installed 2 new fuel filters back to back.
What you guys think? Not about me the problem I'm having with the trike.

I see nothing wrong. We all know scooters never never get into accidents because everyone driving a car stops when a scooter get within 200 feet of their car. Scooters never tip over they are perfectly balanced.

Tank will not be coming out. To get the tank out I would need to remove just about every panel on the trike and then take the radiator al all it's lines out.
I am waiting for a wind free day so I can drain the tank from below. I have a set of ramps that gets the trike up about 18" I can then open the drain and catch the gas in a funnel with a hose attached and let it empty into a gas can.
I do not want to do this in my garage.

Thanks Mike for the phone conversation.
What I did:
I took the screw out of the drain line and blew into it and got fuel out of the overflow
I pulled the hose off the carb and cranked the engine did this till I got half a glass of gas out. When my wife gets off the Imac I'll post pics of the stuff floating on top of the gas I took out.
Went to Advance Auto to get a new fuel filter they were out I'll get (2) on Tuesday.
Not sure what is in the gas I did add Stabil to the gas might be that.

anyone know what the line coming of the bottom of the carb is?  Found it is a drain line screwed out the plug but nothing came out. Should I pull the line feeding the carb and use the starter to empty some of the gas out? Top line.  or pull the line from the tank and try suctioning out some gas? Line with red on it.  |
