If all else fails I'd try taking the air filter off completely and putting the fuel in the air intake to the carb. It won't run like that but it'll probably start and idle. It needs the vacuum created by the air filter resistance to run.

You also need to check the oil to make sure all that fuel isn't mixed in with the oil.

Where you're putting the gas is probably not the best place 'cause at that point it's suppoed to be a mist. If you fill the cylinder with fuel it can't fully compress it needs to have at least some air with the fuel.

Air fuel is the 1 you had to drill out on the other carb the idle is where the throttle cable attaches to the carb.

I think its firing the spark plug but has a fuel issue. You should have the charger on it to keep the battery from becoming too depleated. When you start it you're giving it short bursts on the starter and that uses more juice than if you held the starter on for awhile. If you give it gas when it starts to fire up will it run or does it die out?

OK it's now or never, what's the charger say? Alleyoop is in a different time zone he's still got some daylight. If you stuck with the cheap battery it prop would've been charged up.

fuel dries up quick, the dude with the 150 said he had to prime his if it sat for a week. so the whole carb bowl must of dried up enough where the jets couldn't pick it up.

Try to start it, it's probably close enough and the engine will charge it once you get it going.

Continuously variable transmission I think. People like to say you have infinite gear ratios in the hype. You have the highest ratio and the lowest ratio and infinite mid range.

You do have it on the centerstand when you start it right? If it starts then you can just let the wheel spin until you get the idle adjusted.

You need to run it a lot, if you stay in a 4 block radius people will think you're a stalker.

Keep checking the charger 'cause it probably won't take as long this time.

While you're waiting for the battery to charge verify the cover is on right by trying to stick a knife in the crack where the gasket is, if the knife goes in it's not on right. It sounded like the starter was engaging the crankshaft though. Check anyway cause it may just be intermittent.

The pilot jet change did the trick, it's even running faster with the smaller jet and starting no problem with no throttle. Thanks all for the help.
