I cleaned out the carburator today so its not cloged and its still running the same way as before. I still dont know what to do?

If you open the throttle just alittle bit it shuts off. Most of the time it just dies off on its own. When it starts the scooter just shakes it dosent run smooth at all.

I got a brand new Chinese sl250cc scooter and it starts but when you apply throttle it shuts off. Would it be a carborator problem or is it a electric problem.
