There is one thing I don't understand. Killer's C- rating. 74 complaints filed against business 2 complaints filed against business that were not resolvedLet me get out my calculator. That's an unresolved complaint rate of 2.7%. Doesn't that mean a 97.3% rate of resolution? In a company that deals mostly with the general public that would be 973 out of every thousand people were happy. How is that a C-? The general public can be pretty emptyheaded at times and 97.3% was an A when I went to college. Ok, Here is what i know of the BBB with my dealings with them. I used to be a Director of Game Operations for Korean game company that wanted to establish themselves here a while ago so I learned some inner workings on how things ran. The BBB imo is just a sanctioned scam. It is not Government ran nor is it required to be a member or affiliated to be part of it at all. First of all, if you want to display that BBB logo, you have to pay a price. There isn't a set price list as they will look at your company and see how much you can afford. My company didn't join. We had some complaints from them from our customers. When this occurred, they would send email to us and allow us to login to their system and to address the customers complaint. The customer would have a chance to respond and then we would have a last chance to address the issue. Out of the 5 cases I saw, we had resolved each of them. Now because we weren't a credited member of the BBB, our rating was only a C. They would not give any higher ratings unless you paid to be accredited. Before dealing with them, I always thought it was mandatory to comply with them but now I know better.
