I just realized that I'm talking to the same people on two different forums. Which one should I stay with, And I'll stay off the other. Sorry I was desperate and clutching at straws. for help.

One thing I had forgotten to mention before is that it will not fire while I'm cranking the starter ,but does fire sometimes just as I let off the starter or when I first touch the botton. I'm pretty much baffled. Larry

I'm in Florida cool not coldcold.Below freezing tonight tho. Yes on the enricher. yes on the wet plug, but will try again tomorrow after a few cranks for accurate test. probably taken out after several cranks, not a few, before.I'm really disappointed with this scoot. it ran fine for the first month I owned it last year, quit with my wife and myself on it on the way to town and hasn't been right since!

I had it looked at by a local shop, that's where the money pit started. they supposedly checked valve settings first, then tested all other components. all components tested ok. they did replace a large diaphram in the carb.also. I don't know how to do it.valve settings that is...

my 2 wheeled money pit won't start electrically, starts sometimes kicking on first or second try but usually takes many, many more. Has spark even with the starter. It was suggested that the problem was in the wiring, maybe a bad ground. checked wiring diagram, added second grounds to all components that would have anything to do with running. no help.on the ignition module there are 2 plugs one is for the safety controls the wiring diagram shows only 1 wire when there are 2. a greem w white tr that turns into a green w black tr in a connector plug isn't shown on diagram.i haven't tracked it to its source yet.Is there an easy way to eliminate all the safeties to see if the problem is in that system?the scooter isn't supposed to start with the kickstand down but it will, but, no power.put it up and it runs ok, when it will run. any ideas??? larry
