Just got an email from one of my old distributors that they have been awarded the exclusive rights to the TGB line here in the US.
For now they are just bringing in 3 50cc models.

I've dealt with them before and they seem on the up and up. However unless you specified the correct engine and they made a shipping error, I doubt they will pay for the return shipping.

Awww..the Tao Tao ATM 50...a drop-shippers wet dream.
Possibly they aren't registered dealers in those states and they caught some flack. The other states just haven't caught up to them yet. In most states scooters are defined as motor vehicles. In the southern states a 50 can be classified as a moped and is not subject to DMV registration.
