There is an old Chinese saying.... " you order chit, you eat chit". So far my 150 TKB Chinese chit has been more than palatable, so please wish me luck and pray I'm one of the lucky ones. We all enjoy scootering and we all hate the problems so all the best to all of you. I'm sorry to say this but I am that retail customer that you are talking about cookees, I even PAID extra for the so called new and improved motor mount and got back the same old ragged kind that was in it before but with un installed bearings that were way to big for the mount,I was told (they) yes they admitted sending the wrong part. After promising to get me the right part out that I paid for + shipping , I've been going through the same sham and run around as cookees is and my bike is probably the top of the line in their fleet and price $5,900.00 . The short of it all is that I've got a high priced piece of junk that has less than 1000 miles and a company that tries to cover up their mistakes rather than fix them. I just don't see them as any thing other than a gimmick selling ,get rich and get out company that cares nothing about their public image. Yes, It would take them doing right to me to EVER get my respect again. That my friends just might be why many,many people think that CHINESE bikes are junk. Kind reminds me of the YUGO,throw away junk. I know it's not all scooter companies doing like this,but Sunny sure isn't helping their own image. Oh and yes I paid a reputable dealer to do a PDI , but who could tell that a brand new chasis part would go out under 1000 miles or just several months of driving,with the biggest part that break in driving.?? lolololo Enjoy your Sunny while it lasts and be safe.

Well, I've got to start the fight all over with them today. I've been nice,I've been buisiness like,I've been very patiant. I just don't think that it's very prudent to post a direct link or phone number or a person's propper name on the internet. I'll just keep going higher up if that's possible and try to get some results. As many BAD posts about Sunny Scoooters as I've seen on the net lately, I'm sure that people can make up their own minds. I'm just trying to get my own high dollar Item fixed and it's a real shame that any person has to go through so much trouble just after 800 miles of riding such a expensive peice of machinary. No More, No less.

Well, here it is a week and the dirty bastages still haven't sent my part as promised. By this point I don't really care about what excuses they might have, They have lied 4 times in a row and they have stolen my money,Yes I said stolen, by law when you take someones money with no intention of giving them what they paid for,well, that's stealing right there. Sunny put out a very shoddy product with the Roadrunner, at least they could make it right by trying to at least offer upgraded parts. This by far is the worse automotive buying experience that I've ever had.

Yeah,imagine that!! Well,I've had the run around on the phone with them now for the last month, I've even talked to someone who was supposed to be the big boss over the parts department and they appologized and said that they would promptly make sure that the problem was fixed,but, a week later, no emails no calls no part no nothing. Yesterday I called again and had to get mean with them and threaten them,then They PROMISED that I'd get the new RIGHT part by next Wednesday. Where have I heard that before??? So that's where it stands as of now. I've even been toying with the idea of changing the Roadrunner from a trike to a 2 wheeler. I wonder how difficult that would be I know that sounds stupid,but I just have no confidence in these reverse trikes anymore. Especially Sunny products after I just paid 51/2 grand for around 800 miles of riding. sheesh.

I called Sunny parts today and they're a couple of days behind in shipping,they didn't have any mention of any delivery to me as of this afternoon,but, they promised to let me know when it goes out. And NO they told me again that the part has no number on it just the name which is " The Motor Mount " honestly. I know for a fact that the part has no numbers at all stamped on it.
