Yep, when my Roadrunner was new it would do that in the first week I had it , but since I've kept a tender on it,it has never done that even once. It was hard to believe it was that easy of a fix.

Hey Justin , I don't know if this will help or not,but, mine would do just like that if I would let it sit for 4 days or more with the exact symptoms, unless it was on a battery tender all of the time. The battery that comes with these aren't the best and they drain quickly while setting. I bought a new battery and keep a tender on it and even though I haven't ridden it since the fall it starts up every time without the funny noises or that scary backlash like hiccup. I hope this might help you my friend.

The shop owner called me in yesterday to show me exactly what he's gonna do with the motor mount\stabilizer arm . and after I get the bike up running,I'll drive it there and get the exhaust redone. I't shouldn't be to long on the motor mount then we'll see.

Hey friends, I have given up hope that Sunny motor sports will ever send me a (NEW IMPROVED) motor mount for my rev trike, so I've found a shop that said they can most definately fix the old one with brass or steel bushings and it would effect the ride and be more stable. I've got my fingers crossed that these people know what they're doing.
If it works I'll post pics and do a performance follow up.
I figure that most of the Ice Bear owners have had to do mods on their bikes to keep them up, and they do a darned good job, I bought my bike to ride and if that meanes modding the hell out of it , So be it.
AND since the warranty is not worth the paper its written on... I'm gonna make that bioch my very own and not worry about changing a part or parts. It might take me awhile but I bought it to ride not just look at.
IF I get the motor mount fixed, then I'm gonna think about installing a better cooling fan and exhaust because the ones that come with it are poo. this is gonna be fun because I've never been able to experiment wit a close to 6 grand bike before. my wife says tear the hell out of it if you want, it's yours.

Hey, my family was at Clark AFB from 68-72 , my dad was in transportation field there. Do you remember a bar in Angeles City named Duffey's Tavern ? I miss Eating lumpia and drinking a cosmos. How about going to the corner sari sari store? Or I'd love to have one of the old jittnies that I road in way back then.

what???!!! a chinese morphous scooter???!!! and its priced $3,378?? shyet nobody in their right mind will buy that, they'll rather buy the genuine yamaha for less than 3grand. thats what im saying, if i have the money and serious about scootering ill buy the genuine (non disposable)scooter. given the choice, id rather, wait, save more money and get the $10k beamer. and can you imagine that shyet Vespa 150 above is priced $10k same price as the BMW scooter, which one you choose to buy? but yah i agree, with these high rising prices of the yamaha, suzuki etc , people resort in buying chinese shyets!!they dont know that yes they saved some money but the HEADACHE that comes with the scooter when "fixing" time comes is notorious!! one part breaks after the other. haaaay!!! Not taking sides in this but I do love the looks of the Yamaha Morpheous, I love the low wide stance and the retro kind of look. Maybe one of these days I'll get a chance to ride one or even buy one. Nothing and I mean nothing can be as bad as the nightmare that I had with my 300cc Sunny roadrunner, service and quality and manufacturer help has been atrocious, less than 1000 miles on it and I still can't a broke major part for it. the cost with shop pdi and new tires $5,900.00 all a big waste, unless I can get someone to FAB me a new part. I should have bought a used morpheous or any thing else. I'll always be carefull when buying anything Chinese again. |

I don't know about this but , I do know that riding any motorcycle or scooter, no matter what brand or manufacturer makes it will definitely increase the risk of all of your babies to be born NAKED !!! That's not just my opinion either , there's plenty of medical evidence to back that up.

Don't have my rev trike fixed yet, But , I stared at my four little scoots under the tarp in the front yard while I was cutting the lawn for the first time. and thought ... time to get them ride ready.

As for the REVERSE TRIKES, Sunny is now trying another type of Reverse Trike seeing the word is out on the other ones needing a redesign of the front end. Those will dry up unless a redesign of the front is made. They will not commit to getting the problems fixed so they go for another type to make the fast buck and if problems arise with them they to will dry up. Alleyoop Totally agree , My beef is just with Sunny. Sunny gives the chinese scooter world a bad name and that's sad. |

The lessons that I learned and I'm still learning is, Don't buy any new product until it's at least in it's third year of production,specially if the shop that you're buying it at only has ONE in stock.
Second, I will Never and I mean NEVER buy a top dollar automotive product unles they already have plenty of established shops around the state. That doesn't mean a handful of fly by night scooter shops that sell every brand of bikes on city street corners.
If I would have bought ANY of the Japanese bikes,I probably had it fixed by now.
3rd and formost,don't By from SUNNY,They not only have lied to me about getting me the NEW and IMPROVED PART,wich I doubt they ever had,but, they took my money and never sent me the part.
3 times HELL !!! they've promised me at least 6 times.
IT WILL be in the mail today and you'll get it in a few days.
AHAHAHA
Sunny is a joke,I will never buy anything from them EVER.
I absolutely do see exactly how chinese scooters have gotten a bad name. I have four other chinese scooters that have been a bunch of fun,I bought them cheap and used.
The only expensive one I bought has been nothing but a dangerous head ache.
The only impression about SUNNY scooters that I have are LIARS,CHEATS,and more LIARS.
