removed extra fuel filter,but still the same problem so pulled the carb off and I couldn't see thru the slow idle jet so cleared that out and away she ran...the inside of the carb looked brand new as said it only had 39 miles for 2008 so it had to be in the bowl from factory ...thanx guys for the help and guidence just thought would let you know incase someone else has the same problem..THANX Steve

i seem to inherited this problem. this scooter only has 39 miles on it and it will startup and idle but when you try to give it throttle it dies out. went thru the carb and looks are perfect played with a/f mixture a little with no change it just dies right out.fixed the fuel lines that were leaking,don't know if vac. fuel pump is working but the 2 fuel filters are filled full of fuel... which way to go next....any help would be great
