hello i just need valve adjustment for roketa 150cc tryed .004 in and .005 ex scooter acts like it don't want to turn over. confused

hello i have a 2003 tgb 202t it doesn't idle, I've cleaned the carb to the best of my knowledge. i added a new plug,new fuel line, filter and cleaned tank for bad gas, it takes awhile to crank when you are kick starting it. Don't understand but my starter just turns the motor over but doesn't start my bike. I'll figure that out later. When i get the bike cranked i can ride it everywhere but you can't let go the throttle or you will be stuck cranking it for awhile. yesterday i pulled off the jug and the piston off i found the piston and cylinder had strapes in it. Just want to know if that's my problem thanks Ernest
