Suggestions on where to find coolant entry location and coolant drainage plug, how much coolant is needed and any particular kind? I guess in short, because I'm not mechanically inclined, would appreciate a "crash course".

The engine starts great, but has no instrument/guage lights , no cooling fan, no right hand turn signal (althought the indicator flashes rapidly). Checked fushes, they look fine. Any ideas ?
