Scooter is 1 year old with 320 miles on it. I did not jump it with the car running... no need. Car battery has more than enough juice to turn over a scooter.
Maybe I will just buy a new battery, but I believe it is fine.

150Cc BMS Pathfinder
Electric starter struggles to turn over engine. Kick starts right away. Had battery load tested and it was find. Checked the relay, it works. Removed the starter and tested it and it spun freely. But when it is attacted to the scooter, it does not turn or turns a little. I jumped my car battery to the scooter and it was able to turn the starter and start the scooter. I have a battery tender and it states the battery is fully charged. I even checked it with my voltage meter.
Is it possible that my battery is not good even though it passed a load test?
Do I have a bad starter or Stator?
