I can't take all the credit. I have an amazing team around me and together we've done some great work in this program in just a few short months. This program is really exciting for us and the entire industry. I personally have been having a great time being apart of it and we have several applicants currently being considered for entry into the program right now. It's a great feeling to give back and see such quick success for those already in the program! Spread the word... we're looking for entrepreneurs around the country to join!

As of yesterday, not a single engine rebuild yet! (knock on wood). Just oil changes, a new belt, and general tune ups. When he stopped by it was purring like a kitten! Such a good thing Josh is doing.

Hey everyone, just wanted to give you a quick update. It took over a year, but the Adly scooters are now in stock. They will be shipping out to the dealers starting next week.

Yes, it's been coming for a while now. We're actually surprised it took them this long to make the announcement, because it actually was finalized months ago. Many distributors have come and gone over the last decade but the strong will survive and press on. We have been proud to welcome some Puma dealers to the Bintelli family, and will continue to do so.
If needed, we can also special order any parts needed for Puma models, to assist their prior dealers.

Check the kill switch for sure, that's the most common problem. You also can try pumping the throttle a few times really fast before kicking... this should put a little fuel into the carburetor. If it hasn't been started in a while it may take a good 3-5 minutes to get it kick started.

All are good things to hear. It's always great to hear when distributors are interested in improving their product. One thing I wanted to point out is that Bintelli covers the shipping costs for ALL warranty parts we send out to our dealers, regardless if it's day 1 or day 364. I need to convince Ice Bear of this and have been trying for a while now. You are the only company I know that does that. I believe we are. We like to think of ourselves as trend setters... and hey, when everyone else starts following our lead, we make the entire industry a better place!

The first shipments don't arrive until around May 1, so we have time to get their paperwork in order. It's going to happen.

So Bintelli....whats the Znen scoop? They are supposed to have better quality control right? So why does my BMS made by Znen have more issues that my 600 TaoTao? I had more wrinkes with this scoot and parts that Ive had to replace. So why does Znen command such high praise? Znen has the best quality in my opinion, but with any factory, you have to stay on them about constantly improving and not letting their guard down. It's all about how you manage them. If you let them do whatever they want, you won't get the best quality product. Sure, we see issues pop up from time to time, but we immediately begin working with the factory to not only improve the issue at hand, but figure out WHY the issue started happening. Without figuring out the "why", they can never fully understand how to ensure it doesn't happen again. Actually, as I type this reply, I am talking to my factory rep and working on improving a few parts on our models that we've seen some issues popping up on. No factory or product is perfect, so it's up to us as importers and distributors to stay on top of our suppliers to constantly improve... at least that is how we at Bintelli feel.
